Purchase Issues

I have not received my In-game purchase

There can be cases when a user spends money and purchases certain things in the app but the transaction does not seem to reflect on the users account. This may happen but is unlikely, in the event that this happens please allow up to 24hrs for it to be reflected on your account. If it still does not reflect on your account after 24hrs please email tech support on support@dubzplay.com

While making an In-game purchase i received an error message

All cleared payments on Google Play and the AppStore are processed by Google and Apple respectively please contact Google Play Service or Apple support service in order to clear up your issue

Can i get a refund on an In-game Purchase?

I have been charged more then once for a single purchase

If you suspect you have been charged more than once from a single purchase please contact tech support on support@dubzplay.com in order to clarify and resolve your issue.

Where do I find my purchase history?

To review your purchase history, please check the guides below:

IOS

  1. Open iTunes on your computer.
  2. Select your username (this should be your e-mail address), and choose "Account"
  3. Scroll down to "Purchase History", and choose "See All"
ANDROID - Google Play
  1. Enter payments.google.com, then log in with your desired Google account
  2. Select "Transactions" to display your Play Store order history.
  3. Choose an individual entry to view its corresponding receipt.

Account Issues

How can i start a new game?

In order for you to start a new game you need to click on the settings tab in the game then click on the START A NEW GAME button. Starting a new game will delete all progress from your previous game.

Can i play the game on multiple devices?

Yes you can play on multiple devices . You just have to connect your game with a Google play, Game center or Facebook account and then you can access it on any device just by logging in with the same Google Play, Game center or Facebook account on any other device.

Can i play with multiple accounts on one device?

Yes you can play with multiple accounts on one device . You just have to login to an alternative Google play, Game center or Facebook account.

Is my game automatically stored?

Your game will automatically store on your device however in order to safeguard your account in the event that you do not have your device anymore you should link your account to either google play(android) , game center(apple) or Facebook through the settings tab in the top right corner of the game.

Is it possible to restore my account?

In order to restore your account you would have to have registered your account through google play(android) or game centre(apple) , alternatively you may retrieve your account through Facebook if you had linked your account to a Facebook account at any point.

Application Issues

My game is crashing

usually a crash of the application is cause by a lack of available memory space on your device. In order to clear up some memory close all open but unused applications on your device , after closing the running apps try running the game again. If you still face this issue after closing all running apps, try deleting and re-installing the game.

My game won't start

Make sure that the device you are using is compatible with the game , check on the list of compatible devices in the Google Play or Apple Store StyleCity Dubai Season 1 page. If your device is still not starting the game, try deleting the application and re-installing it.
